Niuscha Bassiri addressed the subject of "Abuse of Process in Arbitration: Delineation and Remedies" at the 28th Annual Colloquium for ICC Institute members, on the eve of the 45th ICC Institute Annual Conference. Niuscha spoke along with Hayk Kupelyants on what constitutes abuse of process in arbitration, as distinguished from similar doctrines under national laws, and the tools available to tribunals to deal with such conduct.
