Emily Hay recently participated in several high-profile events in the Australian Arbitration Week:
- On 13 October, she spoke on “Currents of Change: Arbitrating in New Fields, from Crypto to Cannabis to Climate Tech and Beyond” at the International Arbitration Conference on Revolutions and Solutions: Future-Proofing Arbitration, alongside Benjamin Hughes, Amanda Lees, James Morrison, and Tom Sprange KC.
- She contributed to a workshop on proposed updates to the ACICA Rules, collaborating with Tom Webb, James Morrison, and the ACICA Rules Committee.
- Emily also debated Callista Harris on whether international arbitration should adopt uniform rules of privilege at the ICC YAAF Event: ArbitraBattle – The Ultimate Arbitration Showdown.
