Prof Maxi Scherer delivered the 2025 MACI Lecture (Paris Saclay University) and presided over the graduation ceremony for the Master 2 in Arbitration and International Trade (MACI) and the CUPA (Practical University Certificate in Arbitration).

Prof Scherer offered an insightful presentation on a pressing question in the field: whether and how the use of artificial intelligence should be regulated in arbitration.
