Maxi Scherer named 'Arbitration Lawyer of the Year' in the 2025 Lexology Index Awards (previously Who’s Who Legal)

Maxi Scherer has been named 'Arbitration Lawyer of the Year' in the 2025 edition of the Lexology Index Awards. Previously known as Who’s Who Legal, the Lexology Index Awards celebrate exceptional performance within the international legal community. The awards highlight outstanding individual contributions, drawing on feedback from peers and clients, as well as evaluations of recent work reviewed through GAR and Lexology’s Index platform. Previous winners of the Arbitration Lawyer of the Year title include Yas Banifatemi (2024), Juliet Blanch (2022 and 2023), Gabrielle Kaufmann-Kohler (2021), and Emmanuel Gaillard (2020).

This year’s ceremony took place at Merchant Taylors’ Hall in London, gathering top law firms, corporate counsel, and prominent legal professionals from across the globe.
