Ole Jensen has contributed an article titled 'The Emerging Body of Regulation on the Use of Artificial Intelligence in International Arbitration: An Overview' in the upcoming 2025 volume of b-Arbitra | Belgian Review of Arbitration, published by CEPANI and Wolters Kluwer. The article analyses the latest regulations introduced by the Silicon Valley Arbitration & Mediation Center, SCC Arbitration Institute, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, International Centre for Dispute Resolution® and Vienna International Arbitral Centre of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber.
