During the ASA Tribunal Secretary Training on 12–13 January, Niuscha and Michael E. Schneider, acting as senior arbitrators, led a Q&A session focused on tribunal practice and effective collaboration with tribunal secretaries.

Niuscha also participated as a speaker at an event hosted by Lenz & Staehelin, where she contributed to a discussion on arbitration practice and opportunities to enhance and streamline proceedings. The session brought together counsel, arbitrators, institutions, courts, and clients for an open exchange of views on where procedural improvements are most needed across the arbitration community.

In addition, Niuscha met with the DIS40 regional coordinators — Sebastian Wuschka, Dr. Nadja Harraschain, Nadine Pfiffner, Maximilian Menz, and Daniella Anthony — in her new capacity as Vice-President of the German Arbitration Institute (DIS), providing an opportunity for an informal discussion on current and future initiatives.
