Dr Ole Jensen participated as a speaker at the ICC Georgia Forum on Arbitration & ADR – Corporate Counsel Perspectives in the Wider Region, held in Tbilisi. Ole was part of a panel speaking on "Getting It Right from the Start: Drafting Effective Dispute Resolution Clauses".

The panel examined key practical issues in drafting robust dispute resolution clauses — including how to choose the right seat, arbitral institution, and governing law, how to structure escalation mechanisms, and how to avoid pathological clauses that risk creating ambiguity or procedural gridlock down the line.

The Forum brought together senior in-house counsel, corporate lawyers, arbitration practitioners, and representatives of the ICC International Court of Arbitration, offering a valuable platform to discuss dispute prevention strategies, effective resolution approaches, and recent developments within ICC arbitration.
