Emily Hay will be speaking at GAR Live: Construction Disputes, hosted by Global Arbitration Review on 26 March 2026 in Paris. This event brings together leading arbitrators, counsel, funders, and technical specialists in construction dispute resolution for a full day of in-depth discussions and includes a keynote address by Lindy Patterson KC.
Emily will participate in a panel titled “Peaky Blinder: The Expert Process,” disalongside Peter Rosher, Mike Saulsbury, Wendy MacLaughlin, and Jonathan Melzer. The discussion will focus on the increasingly complex role of expert evidence in construction arbitration, including what types of evidence are most valuable to tribunals, how delay and quantum evidence can be presented more efficiently, and how to better manage the scale and cost of expert involvement without sacrificing quality.
