Niuscha Bassiri and Ole Jensen participated in the DIS Spring Conference 2026 in Leipzig, organised by the Deutsche Institution für Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit (DIS) on the theme "Everything You Always Wanted to Know About Arbitration* (*But Were Afraid to Ask)".

In the lead-up to the conference, Niuscha Bassiri joined Professor Dr Gerhard Wagner for a conversation centred on his newly published book, "Ökonomische Analyse der Schiedsgerichtsbarkeit", which examines key questions in arbitration through a law and economics lens. The exchange offered stimulating insights into current developments and challenges in international arbitration.

During the conference , Dr Ole Jensen participated in a panel dedicated to the role of tribunal secretaries in arbitral proceedings, alongside Stefanie Pfisterer, Nathalie Voser, and Filip Boras, with the session moderated by Anna Masser. The panel explored the purpose, responsibilities, and day-to-day realities of tribunal secretaries in modern arbitration practice.
