Dr. Ole Jensen spoke on the final panel of this year’s NOVA Summer School on International Arbitration in Lisbon. His panel on “Shaping the Future of International Arbitration: Innovations, Challenges, and Opportunities” discussed various current issues, including technological innovations, challenges posed by sanctions and retaliatory measures as well as opportunities for reform to enhance transparency and inclusion.

They also emphasized the role of young practitioners and the importance of collaboration in shaping the future of international arbitration.
