From 12 to 14 September 2025, as President of the LCIA Court, Prof Scherer welcomed the participants to the LCIA's Tylney Hall Symposium.
Prof Scherer co-chaired the session on "5 years of the LCIA Rules 2020 - Reflections and Horizon Scanning". This discussion was held with participants in the Tylney-style format under the Chatham House Rules, navigating the role of institutional rules in complex procedural and policy issues of international arbitration.
