Chiann Bao to speak on Tribunal-Driven Innovations in Case Management during the 37th Annual ITA Workshop and Annual Meeting

Chiann Bao will take part to a panel discussion on Tribunal-Driven Innovations in Case Management as part of the 37th Annual ITA Workshop and Annual Meeting in Houston, Texas.

The panel will discuss potential methods for arbitrators to introduce innovative solutions to common problems in arbitration, including issues related to case management, document production, identifying the key issues in dispute, and understanding technical elements of the parties’ arguments. Panelists will also discuss methods for managing experts and narrowing the scope of disputed issues prior to the final hearing.
