Ritika Ajitsaria acts as counsel and tribunal secretary in international arbitration proceedings and has extensive experience as counsel in commercial arbitrations and litigations in India.
Ritika has handled disputes across multiple industries, including maritime, healthcare, construction, energy and aerospace, and multiple areas of law, including company, insolvency, intellectual property and employment law. She has acted as tribunal secretary in arbitrations seated across a range of jurisdictions including Paris, Dubai International Finance Centre, Osaka and Hong Kong, and governed by diverse substantive laws, including Hong Kong law, UAE law, Iraqi law and Japanese law. She is an alumnus of the MIDS programme in Geneva and NLSIU, Bangalore, and has trained and worked at reputable law firms in India and Belgium.
Ritika has studied and worked in India, France, Switzerland, Belgium and the United Kingdom.
