Ritika Ajitsaria acts as counsel and tribunal secretary in international arbitration proceedings and has extensive experience as counsel in commercial arbitrations and litigations in India.
Ritika has handled disputes across multiple industries, including maritime, healthcare and aerospace, and multiple areas of law, including company, insolvency, intellectual property and employment law. She is an alumnus of the MIDS programme in Geneva and NLSIU, Bangalore, and has trained and worked at reputable law firms in India and Belgium.
