Ritika has acted as counsel and tribunal secretary in commercial disputes covering a range of sectors, including construction, maritime, consumer goods, banking, aerospace, iron and steel, energy and healthcare. Ritika’s cases include disputes arising from a variety of commercial contracts such as shareholders’ agreements, sale of goods contracts, business transfer agreements, concession agreements and lenders’ agreements.
