Niuscha Bassiri to speak on "Why specialized Commercial Courts matter" at the Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia to the EU

Niuscha Bassiri will be part of a panel discussion on "Why specialized Commercial Courts matter" at the Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia to the EU, in Brussels.

The hybrid event is being organised by the Ministry of Justice of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in the context of the recent establishment of the Commercial Court Düsseldorf which specialises in commercial disputes and can conduct proceedings entirely in English. The discussion will open with a welcome address by Dr. Benjamin Limbach, Minister of Justice of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia and opening remarks by Dr. Werner Richter, President Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf.
